DANCE CLASSES

Keeping the Community Dancing

Our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need, mind-body-spirit. During this time we will be offering online dance classes to keep our mind and body balanced.

Practitioners gain the ability to maximize the body’s efficiency for movement and bring awareness to the nervous system and the cerebral cortex (especially in this time). My methods and practices combine somatic approaches and experiences through improvisation, contemporary and modern dance practices, and mind-body techniques. I encourage my students to come in with questions and investigate movement through these approaches honoring the nature of practice as research, and practice as performance.
